We grew up drinking milk tea and to this day are still obsessed about it. We started Boba Guys as a way to share the milk tea we remember from our childhood (only this time with fresh ingredients; none of the powdered stuff).

We use only the finest ingredients: Straus Family Creamery organic milk accompanied with homebrewed heirloom organic tea from Five Mountains. Our syrup and almond jelly is homemade and we use Grade A balls. (We just like saying that. )

RETURN POLICY

At Boba Guys, we believe Next Level Quality also includes a great brand experience for our guests whether it's in person at our stores or when shopping on our website. We strive for excellence.

Perishables: We’re unable to accept returns on food products including coffee from bobaguys.com. If the product received wasn’t as expected, please contact our Guest Support team at support@bobaguys.zendesk.com and they would be happy to offer further assistance.

Online non perishables (apparel, accessories, teaware): We offer returns, online store credit, and exchanges within 30 days of the order’s ship date or purchase date (if bought in stores). Simply email our Guest Support team at support@bobaguys.zendesk.com with your order number to begin the process! All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. For returns, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. In the event of a return from a purchase made with cash, store credit will be issued. Store credit will only be valid on the corresponding website and no other websites owned by Boba Guys. For example, credit for purchases on teapeople.com are not valid on bobaguys.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Apparel and accessories: We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. In order to exchange an item, simply email our Guest Support team at support@bobaguys.com with your order number to begin the process! This policy refers to color and size exchanges only. All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. These conditions must be met in order for items to be qualified as exchangeable:

  1. No odor, stain or damage to item

  2. Kept in original packaging

  3. Postmarked within 30 days of purchase.* 

*As long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase, we can accept it and exchange it for a different color or size. Due to occasional shipping delays, we allow the package to arrive past the 30 days.
